Ivan Bodnar- Toronto Caterer- Owner of GTA Caterer: From setting tables at banquet halls to owning his own kitchen and Cuisine Company, Chef Ivan Bodnar has gone through a remarkable evolution. He discovered his passion for cooking as a little kid. He inherited the love for cuisine from his father, who was a chef at the military base during his time in the army. Ivan used to invent innovative dishes out of anything available at his grandparent‘s farm. Spectacular talent and an enthusiastic approach for the cuisine aided him to prevail at Culinary School where he learned intuitive & innovative methods and techniques of cooking. Ivan strived hard in the Industry for years after graduating with laurels. He employed all the knowledge and experience of these years into his own kitchen at GTA Mississauga. He never fails to astonish the clients with his scrumptious delicacies & dishes and innovative ideas.
